Rates
$500 for an Initial Consultation (1 hr). $400 for ongoing Individual Psychotherapy (45 mins), $500 for Couples Therapy (1 hr), and $800 for Family Therapy. 

I charge between $800 - $1200 for Executive, Life and Performance Coaching. Fees are based on the individual needs of each Client or Corporation.

Insurance
Executive, Life and Performance Coaching is private pay only and not covered by Health Insurance. 

For Psychotherapy, I am an out of network provider and will provide you with all of the necessary paperwork to seek reimbursement as long as your health insurance plan has out of network benefits. Please do not hesitate to call me with any questions or for any further information about this process. Your sessions may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Most health insurance plans, after you meet your out of network deductible, reimburse between 70-90% of my session fee. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have Out of Network benefits?
• What is my Out of Network deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

Payment
I accept payment via Zelle, Venmo and Check.  

Cancellation Policy
I ask for 48 hours notice if you need to cancel your session. If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment or need to cancel within 48 hours, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
